It is possible to surf the internet even without enough load balance on your Smart Buddy or TalkNText SIM. Just follow the steps on how to set it up. Before you proceed make sure you have the following with you.

Now, make sure that your SIM has load balance of at least 1 peso but not more than 4 pesos. If you have everything you need then proceed to the following step below.

How to Setup Free Internet with Ultra Surf for Smart Network
First, download Ultra Surf to your computer. After downloading Ultra Surf put it in a folder then name it with whatever name you want. Then execute the file giving you the main window then click on [Option] then [Proxy Settings] then select [Manual Proxy Setting] then set Proxy Host to 10.102.61.46 then Proxy Port to 8080 then click on [OK] [OK] then [Exit] to close all windows. Look at the example below and try to copy everything.

Second, get your Smart Bro Plug-It then change the SIM to Smart Buddy or TalkNText. After successfully changing plug it to the computer and then wait until it says connected or in some models you have to click on connect or just make sure its connected. Once the status of Plug-It is connected or it is connected then execute or open Ultra Surf. This time, take a look at the status at the left bottom of the window and the status should change to "Successfully connected to server!". Once it is successful, just open your browser and surf for free.
