Smart Money is a service of Smart Communications, Inc. that allows you to pay online. Just so you may know, Smart Money is good as Credit Card - Pay online like ticket booking, paypal verification, ebay payment and more.

Opps... but there is condition - your Smart Money card must be the latest one where the number usually starts with "5299". But in cases like you got an old Smart Money Card you can always call Smart Money Hotline at 15177 using your Smart Mobile Phone for free.

Online Payment with Smart Money shall I say a bit secured because transaction or payment online cannot be done unless your card is "Unlock". Yes, Smart Money Card by default is locked in order to do transaction online you must unlock it.

How to Unlock Smart Money Card for payment online?
Unlocking it is easy, Just make sure that you still have the SIM Card (Subscriber Identification Module) that is linked to your Smart Money Card because you are gonna be using it to unlock the Smart Money Card for online payment.

If you are ready and you have the SIM just go to the menu of your SIM.[SIM Menu] > Select [Smart Money] > Select [Card Mgmt] > Select [Card lock] > Select [Unlock]. And your Smart Money Card will be unlocked.

Just a precaution, you only unlock you Smart Money when you do payment online and do not let your Smart Money Card status Unlocked when your not doing any transaction. Smart Money has security feature wherein after online transaction has been made it will automatically lock itself. So less worry.
